We look at the power and incentives that shape how services are delivered.

    Policy alternatives

We turn evidence into realistic policy options and reform pathways that reflect global best practice and local context.

  3. 03

    Political feasibility

We assess incentives, power dynamics and stakeholder interests to find entry points for change that can win support.
